A booking is formally confirmed only upon successful receipt of the designated advance token amount. Payments can be completed through our secure dynamic UPI QR code generator or official payment gateways[span_15](start_span)[span_15](end_span)[span_16](start_span)[span_16](end_span). A formal booking voucher and invoice will be issued upon payment confirmation.
All package prices displayed on the website are based on standard inclusions (accommodations, private transfers, and specified sightseeing). Peak season surcharges (e.g., Christmas, New Year, festive weekends), flight fare fluctuations, and personal expenses (laundry, room service, optional adventure activities) are not included unless expressly stated.
TripGoFinder reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, roadblocks, flight delays, natural calamities, or government directives. While our team will arrange suitable alternate arrangements, TripGoFinder cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unforeseen third-party delays.
All travelers must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID). For international tours (such as Dubai, Thailand, or Bali), passports must possess a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
